Taupe Tale

A nail polish color that has had everyone talking in the new year are taupe shades that blend in with your skin. It marks a departure from neons and other unconventional colors that have been so popular recently, and I am excited to take this trend for a test drive. Funfetti: Part 1

Glitz, glam, and glitter cannot be avoided this holiday season, and are a surefire way to make sure you stand out in a crowd. I would like to turn My Man Marc's focus to some of the most fun sparkle around, a confetti type glitter that is taking it's place right alongside gold and silver. Leave it to Chanel to create yet another nail polish color that I drool over. Though Chanel's Jade is awesome for bringing a bit of spring brightness to your fingertips, Vendetta is pure vamp for fall. The deep hue is so rich and with just a hint of shine, this purple is sublime. This color is so good, you may even be willing to fight a vendetta to snag a bottle.

British Racer

It has been awhile since we did a nail polish post here on MMM, but we just couldn't resist with Butter London's British Racing Green nail polish. This dark green color was a favorite on fall runways, mixed specifically for Vena Cava. The company produces 3 free lacquers which means they don't include formaldehyde, DBP, or toluene, better for your nails and the environment. So check this color out and you too can be a British Racer.

Ah the day I have been waiting for, since Chanel's Jade nail polish walked their fall runway, has finally arrived. Today, I got an e-mail proclaiming that the Jade polish is now available online and was released in stores this past Thursday during Fashion's Night Out. So order your bottle of the Jade stunner now because it is sure to sell out fast.

Rescue Me

If you haven't heard about Rescue Beauty Lounge nail polish then consider yourself informed. The company produces so many envious colors that it's hard to choose which to wear first. The light blue above, Bikini Bottom, is from a collection dedicated to Sponge Bob Square Pants that also includes a Square Pants yellow and Starfish Patrick coral. The purple that is pictured here is part of a polish fanatic's dream- RBL gave three nail polish bloggers the chance to create the one color they were dying to paint on their nails. The creator of All Lacquered Up came up with this mesmerizing purple called Mismas. Though we haven't been invited to create our own color, we are more than content to pick from Rescue Beauty Lounge's palette!
