While browsing the city this past weekend I stumbled upon this zip front ruffled vest and fell in love. Imagine my surprise when I discovered none other than Theory made the chic little number. I thought this piece was a bit of a departure for the brand, but regardless it has all of the high quality fabric and construction that I have come to love from Theory.
